U Thein Zaw, Chargé d’ Affaires/Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of Israel, attended the closing ceremony for the Innovative Approaches to Early Childhood Education and Development training program, which was held at The Golda Meir MASHAV Carmel International Training Center (MCTC) in Haifa on the morning of July 16, 2026.
The training program was held from July 6 to July 16, 2026, and was attended by 23 participants from 19 countries, including Myanmar. Two participants from Myanmar, Ma Naw Orchid and Ma Naw Eh Hser Htoo successfully attended and completed the training.
At the closing ceremony, U Thein Zaw presented certificates of completion to the two trainees from Myanmar. He also made the necessary arrangements and provided the required assistance to ensure their smooth and convenient return journey to Myanmar.
