During the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on promoting the existing friendly relations between the two countries. Their discussion also covered various areas of common interest, including to enhance cooperation on border security, border trade and the implementation of connectivity projects particularly the Kaladan Multi-Modal Transit Transport Project and India–Myanmar– Thai Trilateral Highway.
