To support relief and recovery efforts for the people of Myanmar affected by the powerful earthquake that hit the central Myanmar on 28 March 2025, H.E. Mr. Juan Carlos Fernandes Juarez, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Viet Nam, donated food and medical items, on behalf of the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, to U Soe Ko Ko, Chargé d'Affaires a.i./ Minister at the Myanmar Embassy in Hanoi on 23 April 2025. The Myanmar Chargé d'Affaires a.i. received the donation items and presented the letter of appreciation to the Ambassador of Venezuela. The donation items will be transferred to the National Disaster Management Committee of Myanmar.
