H.E. U Kyaw Tun, Charge d Affaires / Ambassador of Myanmar to Japan together with the Embassy Staffs and their family members participated in the ACT Family Day (2026) Celebration held at Archery Field, Yumenoshima Park on 10 October 2026.
This years Family Day was hosted by Brunei Embassy in Tokyo. The Event were presented by ASEAN Ambassadors and spouses, staffs from ASEAN Embassies and their family members as well as the Secretary-General of ASEAN-Japan Centre (AJC). During the ACT Family Day Ceremony, H.E. Mr. Wan Hadfi Lutfan Bin Haji Abdul Latif, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Japan, Ms. Li Lin, Charge dAffaires a.i. from Singapore Embassy, Chair of the ASEAN Committee in Tokyo and Special Guest Dr. Kunihiko HIRABAYASHI, Secretary-General of ASEAN-Japan Centre (AJC) delivered the opening remarks respectively.
The Myanmar Embassy actively participated in the ACT Family Days competitions and activities, such as Archery Game, Three-Legged Relay Race, Tug of War and Ping-Pong Spoon Race. The event provided a chance for participants to connect with ASEAN colleagues through various games and activities, while also enjoying a variety of traditional dishes from each country. Myanmar Embassy showcased traditional Myanmar tea along with Stir-fried Vermicelli.
