U Thet Win, Chargé d’ Affaires a.i./Minister of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Washington, D.C., received Ms. Anh Hoang, Director of the U.S.-ASEAN Center at the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Washington D.C., on 26 February 2025 and exchanged views on Myanmar’s participation in ASEAN process, political developments in Myanmar, further cooperation with the U.S.-ASEAN Center, the Embassy’s contributions in upcoming activities of the Center as well as the matters related to structure and mechanism of the Center.
