U Thien Zaw, Chargé d’ Affaires/ Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of Israel, attended the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2025-2026, held at the University of Haifa in the city of Haifa on the afternoon of 21 July 2026.
Dr. Daw Khin Htwe Kyi, a participant from Myanmar, successfully completed the International Program in Education and Development in Early Childhood offered by the University of Haifa. During the graduation ceremony, she was awarded the Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education and Development in Early Childhood degree by the University of Haifa in recognition of her successful completion of the program.
The aforementioned International Program was conducted from 26 October 2025 to 21 July 2026, with a total of 19 participants representing 12 countries, including Myanmar. After the graduation ceremony, during the subsequent award presentation and farewell ceremony, Dr. Daw Khin Htwe Kyi was given the opportunity to deliver a congratulatory and appreciation speech on behalf of the international students.
