H.E. Mr. Zaw Zaw Soe, Ambassador of Myanmar to Thailand, received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Kinzang Dorji, Ambassador of Bhutan to Thailand, at the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Bangkok on 22 July 2026. During the meeting, the two ambassadors cordially discussed matters related to further strengthening of the existing friendly relations between Myanmar and Bhutan, exploring opportunities to enhance cooperation, the concurrent accreditation of the Ambassador of Myanmar to Bhutan, and extending reciprocal support and closer coordination in multilateral fora.
