H.E. U Kyaw Tin Shein, Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Arab Republic of Egypt, hosted and chaired the 280th Heads of Missions Meeting of the ASEAN- Committee in Cairo (ACC) at 11:00 a.m. on 31 July 2025 at Palm Hill Resort in Cairo.
The meeting was attended by Ambassadors, Deputy Chiefs of Mission, and working-level members from the nine ASEAN Embassies based in Cairo.
During the meeting, the participants reviewed the completed activities under the ACC Work Programme 2025 and discussed upcoming programmes to enhance ASEAN’s visibility and engagement in Egypt.
Following these discussions, member countries of the ACC shared updates on the recent developments and progress in their respective bilateral relations with Egypt.
After the meeting, the Ambassador of Myanmar hosted a luncheon in honor of the attending ACC Ambassadors and delegates.
