H.E. U Soe Han, Myanmar Ambassador to Japan received the donation of Yen 1,000,000 (one million Yen) from Mr. Toshio Nishimura, Honorary Consul of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Nagoya on 1st August 2025, to contribute to the reconstruction and rehabilitation efforts of the people affected by the major earthquake which struck Myanmar on 28 March 2025. The Ambassador presented the letter of appreciation to Mr. Toshio Nishimura for his kind support to the people affected by the earthquake.
The funds will be transferred to the National Disaster Management Committee in Myanmar through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Myanmar.
