The Closing Ceremony of the Course for Junior Staff on Basic Office Skills (CfJS) (4/2026) was held at 13:30 hrs on 31 March 2026 at the Lawkanat Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
The ceremony was attended by H.E. U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Directors-General, Deputy Directors-General and officials from respective departments and trainees of the CfJS (4 /2026).
At the ceremony, H.E. U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, delivered closing remarks and presented certificates of completion to the trainees. And then Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs presented the prizes to outstanding trainees.
The Course for Junior Staff on Basic Office Skills (4/2026) was conducted at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Nay Pyi Taw) for four-week course from 3 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, and was attended by 22 newly-appointed junior clerks. The course covered subjects related to the functions of the Union Minister’s Office and departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including theory and practice of protocol, foreign policy, bilateral relations, regional and international organizations, ASEAN affairs, consular and border affairs, administrative and financial guidelines, basic office skills and computer skills development.
