U Hau Khan Sum, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received Mr. Abhay Thakur, Ambassador of India to Myanmar, at 1400 hrs on 17 December 2025, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they discussed matters pertaining to the bilateral cooperation between the two countries for the post-earthquake rehabilitation efforts in Myanmar.
Also present at the meeting were the delegation of the Ministry of External Affairs led by Ms. Suja K. Menon, Joint Secretary (DPA-1) and senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
