Ms. Phoo Pwint Ko Ko, Consul General of Myanmar in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) paid separate courtesy calls on Hong Kong-based ASEAN Consuls General in their respective offices: Mr. Muzambli Bin Markam, Dean of ASEAN and Consul General of Malaysia on 2 October 2025; Mr. Ammala SAENCHONGHACK, Consul General of Lao PDR on 8 October 2025; and Mr. Romulo Victor M. ISRAEL, JR, Consul General of the Philippines on 13 October 2025. At the meetings, the Consuls General extended warm welcome to the new Consul General of Myanmar in Hong Kong and they shared their experiences during their stay in Hong Kong. Then, both sides shared commitment to further strengthening the existing friendly relations and close cooperation among the ASEAN Consulates General in Hong Kong.
