Daw Phyo Thu Zar Aung, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Prague, joined members of the diplomatic corps to attend the official celebrations commemorating the National Day of the Czech Republic, held at Prague Castle upon the invitation of His Excellency Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic.
On the afternoon of 27 October 2026, the Chargé d’Affaires attended a diplomatic reception hosted by President Petr Pavel and First Lady Eva Pavlová in the Rothmayer Hall of Prague Castle. The event provided an opportunity for heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the Czech Republic to convey National Day greetings to the President and the people of the Czech Republic.
In addition, Daw Phyo Thu Zar Aung attended the Ceremonial Gathering and Awarding of State Decorations of the Czech Republic on the evening of 28 October 2026, held in the historic Vladislav Hall of Prague Castle. The solemn ceremony honored distinguished individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the Czech Republic across various fields.
