H.E. U Min Thein, Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of Kuwait, met with Ms. Emma Morley, Resident Representative of United Nations Development Programme in Kuwait, on 6 October 2026 at 1130 hrs.
During the meeting, the Myanmar Ambassador briefed the Resident Representative on recent developments in Myanmar and the Embassy’s priorities in Kuwait, while Ms. Emma Morley shared information on UNDP’s programmes and activities in Kuwait. In addition, Ms. Emma Morley fondly recalled her previous experience serving with UNDP in Myanmar for five years.
