H.E. U Min Thein, Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of Kuwait, attended the High-Level Dialogue between Partners of the “Water-Secure Future for All” event held at the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) in Kuwait City on 7 October 2026 at 1000 hrs.
At the opening, H.E. Dr. Sobeeh Al-Mukhaizim, Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy of the State of Kuwait, the United Nations Resident Coordinator, and the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates delivered remarks. Afterwards, an Ambassadorial Roundtable on “Global Water Priorities and Innovations” and a panel discussion on “Collective Water Solutions” were held.
The event was jointly organized by the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, the Embassy of the Republic of Senegal in Kuwait and the United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in Kuwait, in collaboration with the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS), in the lead-up to the 2026 United Nations Water Conference.
