H.E. Mr. Maung Maung Soe, Ambassador of Myanmar to Belarus, attended the reception marking the 25th Anniversary of the Treaty of Good Neighborliness Relations and Friendly Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic China, jointly hosted by the Embassy of Russian Federation and the Embassy of the People’s Republic China on 15 July 2026 at the Russian Embassy in Minsk, Belarus.
At the reception, the two Ambassadors of Russia and China, delivered the welcome and commemorative address and the event was also attended by officials from the Government of the Republic of Belarus, Ambassadors and diplomats resided in Minsk, representatives from various organizations in Minsk, as well as other invited guests.
