Consul-General of Myanmar in Nanning Attends 2025 Guangxi Culture and Tourism Development Conference and Diplomatic Tour to Baise

 Ms. Khaing Su Linn, Consul-General of the Consulate-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Nanning attended the Guangxi Culture and Tourism Development Conference held in Baise, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 23-11-2025 to 24-11-2025 and participated in Diplomatic Tour to Baise from 25-11-2025 to 26-11-2025. 

 On 24-11-2025, the Consul-General attended the opening ceremony of the conference. Also present at the conference were Mr. Chen Gang, Secretary of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Congress; Mr. Wei Tao, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee and Governor of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; Mr. Hu Fan, Vice Governor of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; Ms. Chen Yijun, Chairperson of the Publicity Department of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee;Mr. Pham Xuan Thong, Director of Department of Industry and Trade of Cao Bang Province of Vietnam; Consul-General of Lao, Consuls of Cambodia and Vietnam, senior government officials and relevant officials from the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi Region and Baise city. At the conference, Mr. Chen Gang, Secretary of Guangxi CPC Party Committee, and representatives of culture and tourism sectors gave a remarks respectively. During the conference, the Consul-General took part in various tourism promotion events of Guangxi Region and Baise City. 

 Moreover, the Consul-General joined Diplomatic Tour to Baise organized by Guangxi Foreign Affairs Office from 25-11-2025 to 26-11-2025. The Consul-General conducted excursion tours to Baise National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, Guangxi Baikuang New Material Technology Co. Ltd, Guangxi CRRC New Energy Equipment Co. Ltd, Debao Pony Protection and Development Demonstration Zone, Lingyun Haokun Lake and Lingyuan Guojing Cellar-Aged Tea and Liquor; and studied developments in agriculture, industrial and tourism sectors of Baise.
