Consul General Daw Win Lei Phyu, together with the Consuls General based in Los Angeles, attended a reception co-hosted by Los Angeles Mayor the Honorable Ms. Karen Bass and The Getty House Foundation Board of Directors on the evening of November 10, 2025, at the Mayor’s Residence in Los Angeles.
During the event, Mayor Karen Bass delivered a welcoming speech, expressing her appreciation for the support provided by the Consular Corps in Los Angeles toward the city’s development. She also stated that the Mayor’s Office is ready to provide any necessary assistance to the Consular Corps in Los Angeles. Following the speech, a group photo was taken, and guests enjoyed a reception featuring delicious food.
