Daw Yin Po Myat, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar paid a courtesy call on Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Norway, H.E. Ms. Yue Hou at 10:30 a.m on 16 June 2026, at the Chinese Embassy in Oslo. During the meeting, they discussed the ongoing close cooperation at various levels, including exchange of visits by leaders of both countries, aiming to further strengthen the “Pauk-Phaw” relations between Myanmar and China. Furthermore, they also exchanged views on promoting the tourism sector, combating online fraud, implementing the economic corridor, and enhancing cooperating in the international fora.
