U Zeyar Myo Myint, Consul-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Kunming, attended a reception hosted by the People’s Government of Yunnan Province to commemorate the 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China, held in the evening of 28 September 2026 at Song Hotel Kunming Dianchi Lake in Kunming.
At the reception, Mr. Xu Hao, Vice Governor of the People’s Government of Yunnan Province, delivered welcoming remarks to the participants. In his remarks, he noted that economic cooperation between Yunnan Province and Myanmar has continued to deepen and expand.
The event was also attended by officials from the People’s Government of Yunnan Province, Consuls-General and diplomats resided in Kunming, representatives from various organizations in Yunnan, as well as other invited guests.
