Myanmar Consul General U Moe Kyaw Thu attended the Second Session of the 7th Belarusian People’s Congress held at the Palace of the Republic on Engels Street at Minsk together with Foreign Diplomats based in Minsk on December 18, 2025 at 1445 to 2130 hrs, and on December 19, 2025 at 0945 to 1530 hrs.
The Second Session of the Congress was attended by 2,200 guests, the President of the Republic of Belarus H.E. Mr. Alexander Lukashenko and the member of government officials, invited Foreign Diplomats, and over 400 local and international media representatives. The program of socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2026-2030 was adopted at the session of the 7th Belarusian People’s Congress on 19 December.
