The President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has appointed U Min Thein, Ambassador of Myanmar to the Republic of Austria and Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations and International Organizations in Vienna, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of Kuwait.
