The Embassy and Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Vienna, in its capacity as Chair of the ASEAN Vienna Committee(AVC), convened an informal meeting of ASEAN Heads of Mission on 10 September 2025 at the Vienna International Centre, Austria. The current AVC Chair, Ambassador U Min Thein, delivered brief remarks at the meeting. Afterwards, the Heads of Mission discussed and exchanged views on the upcoming activities of the AVC, as well as possible ways and means to strengthen ASEAN’s visibility and deepen cooperation with the host country.
