Ms. Phoo Pwint Ko Ko, Consul General of Myanmar paid a courtesy call to Ms. Kerry POON, Director of Protocol of the Hong Kong SAR at 1430 hrs on 5 November 2025 in the Central Government Office in Hong Kong SAR.
At the meeting, the Consul General of Myanmar firstly extended her warmest congratulations to Ms. Kerry POON for her newly appointment as the Director of Protocol of the Hong Kong SAR. The Director of Protocol also extended a warm welcome to the new Consul General of Myanmar in Hong Kong and shared a brief information related to the Consular Guidelines of the Hong Kong SAR. Then, both sides also committed to work closely in the future while maintaining cordial relations and close cooperation between Myanmar and Hong Kong SAR. After the meeting, the Consul General of Myanmar signed the Calling Book of the Chief Secretary for Administration of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR.
