U Hau Khan Sum, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received Mr. Shan Dan, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Yangon, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 30 July 2026 at 1030 hrs.
During the meeting, they held cordial discussions and exchanged views on further consolidating the existing “Pauk-Phaw” relations and expanding cooperation between Myanmar and China, continuing the implementation of Myanmar–China bilateral projects, sustaining Myanmar’s efforts to achieve lasting peace and socio-economic development for its people, promoting business activities and investments. Both sides reaffirmed their mutual support in regional and multilateral fora.
