Ambassador U Min Thein, Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Vienna attended the Second High-level Event organized by the United Nations Office of International Drugs and Crime (UNODC) at the Vienna International Centre, Austria on 11 November 2025 to commemorate the International Day for the Prevention of and Fight Against All forms of Transnational Organized Crime.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of H.E. Mr. Alexander Van der Bellen, Federal President of Austria and H.E. Mr. Sergio Mattarella, President of Italy. The two Presidents and Ms. Ghada Waly, Executive Director of the UNODC, delivered remarks during the event.
