The Myanmar Embassy in Phnom Penh participated and sold Myanmar traditional foods-Mohinga, Nangyee Thoke, tea leaf salad, Myanmar tea and Myanmar food products in the Mekong-Ganga Cooperation (MGC) Food Festival, which was held on 22 March 2025 from 1600 to 2000 hrs in the riverside area of the Mekong River front near Wat Ounalom Monastery.
This event aims to celebrate the deep-rooted historical and cultural connections between India and the Mekong region, and more than 12 food stalls from Mekong-Ganga countries: India, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand showcased their traditional signature cuisines, and the festival enthralled crowds of people and tourists.
