The Myanmar Embassy in Phnom Penh, led by Ambassador H. E. U Kyaw Soe Min and Embassy families, along with the Military Attaché Brig.Gen. Tin Aung Swe and staff from the Myanmar Defense Attaché Office in Phnom Penh, participated in the 2025 ASEAN Bazaar. The event was jointly organized by ASEAN Embassies and held at the Malaysian Embassy in Phnom Penh on Saturday, September 13, 2025.
The bazaar was officially opened with a special address by H.E. Mr. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia.
Following the opening, the ASEAN Embassies performed traditional songs and dances from their respective countries. The Myanmar Embassy presented a dance performance to the song “Everlasting Myanmar.”
The ASEAN Bazaar, which took place from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, featured two booths from the Myanmar Embassy. The booths showcased and sold traditional Myanmar foods such as “Mohinga” (rice noodle fish soup), “banana sanwin makin” (banana semolina cake), as well as Myanmar traditional handicrafts, tea, jade and gems.
