U Thwin Htet Lin, Consul-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Kunming, attended the reception commemorating the 55th Anniversary of the Independence and National Day of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, held at the Shining Star Hot Spring Hotel in Kunming on 31March 2026. The reception was hosted by the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in Kunming.
At the reception, H.E. Liu Yong, Vice Governor of the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government; Mr. Yang Shaocheng, Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Yunnan Province; Mr. Mohammed Khaled, Consul-General of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in Kunming; officials from the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government; Consuls-General from the consulates in Kunming; and other invited guests were also in attendance.
