U Thwin Htet Lin, Consul-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Kunming, attended the 14th People’s Congress of Yunnan Province at Haigeng Hall in Kunming, China, on January 28, 2026.
At the meeting, Governor Wang Yubo submitted the government work report on behalf of the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government.
According to the agenda, the report on the implementation of Yunnan Province's 2025 National Economic and Social Development Plan and the draft for the 2026 National Economic and Social Development Plan were presented. Additionally, the implementation status of Yunnan’s 2025 revenue and the review of the draft 2026 budget allocation were also conducted.
