Chargé d’ Affaires a.i./Minister of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Washington, D.C., along with ASEAN Ambassadors, Heads of Mission and representatives from other ASEAN Embassies, attended the working lunch hosted by H.E. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dzung, Ambassador of the Vietnam to the United States, to H.E. Mr. Daniel Edwards, Acting Assistant Secretary of Transportation of the United States, at the residence of the Vietnamese Ambassador on 6 November 2025.
During the working lunch, members of ASEAN Committee in Washington exchanged views with Acting Assistant Secretary of Transportation and U.S. officials on advancing the ASEAN-U.S. Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP) through cooperation in air and maritime sectors, strengthening collaboration between the United States and ASEAN member states, as well as new opportunities and developments in transportation sector.
