U Kyaw Soe Min, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Kingdom of Cambodia, attended the Regional Seminar on “LMC and Multilateralism: Challenges and Ways Forward for Shared Growth” alongside a Myanmar delegation led by U Ko Ko Maung, a member of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS). The event is being held from 9 to 11 July 2026 in Siem Reap, Cambodia, under the organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia. The seminar commenced with opening remarks delivered by H.E. Mr. MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia. During the panel discussions, the Myanmar delegation U Ko Ko Maung and Daw Carole Ann Chit Tha actively participated as key speakers in the sessions focused on “Political and Security Perspective” and “Mechanism Design and Policy Validation” respectively.
