U Kyaw Soe Min, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Kingdom of Cambodia, attended the Cocktail Reception commemorating the 35th Anniversary of the Establishment of Relations between ASEAN and the Russian Federation, hosted by H.E. Mr. Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Residence of the Ambassador of Russia in Phnom Penh on 9 July 2026.
The reception was attended by H.E. Mr. Kung Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, ASEAN Ambassadors, and other invited guests.
