H.E. U Aung Min Oo, Ambassador of Myanmar to Ethiopia, paid a courtesy call on Prof. Hajer Gueldich, Legal Counsel of the African Union(AU), on 24 February 2026 at the African Union Headquarters.
During the meeting, they exchanged views in a cordial atmosphere regarding the formalization and enhancement of diplomatic relations between Myanmar and the African Union, alongside exploring prospective avenues for future cooperation.
Following the exchange of views, the Myanmar Ambassador presented a commemorative gift to the AU Legal Counsel as a gesture of goodwill.
