H.E. U Zaw Oo, Myanmar Ambassador to the Republic of India, attended the celebration of the Russian Armed Forces Day, held at 1900 hrs on 27 February 2026 at the Embassy of the Russian Federation, New Delhi, at the invitation of H.E. Denis Alipov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to India and Captain 1st Rank Mr. Igor Kuptsov, Russian Military, Air and Naval Attaché.
The reception was attended by Rear Admiral Brijinder Singh Sodhi, Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff, India Navy as the Chief Guest. Senior Officials of the Ministry of External Affairs of India, Ambassadors, Chiefs of Missions, Diplomats, Military Attaches from various foreign embassies based in New Delhi and other invited guests were also present.
