Myanmar delegation, led by H.E. U Kyaw Tun, Chargé d'Affaires/Ambassador of Myanmar to Japan and Council Director of Myanmar to the ASEAN-Japan Centre, attended the second session of the 45th Annual Meeting of the Council Directors on 6 February 2026 at the Tokyo International Forum.
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Mr. CHUM Angvichet, Council Director of Cambodia. At the meeting, H.E. U Kyaw Tun, Council Director of Myanmar to the ASEAN-Japan Centre, briefed the meeting on the progress report of programme activities to be implemented by Myanmar for the 2025 fiscal year and updated it on the progress of the internal process for the adoption of the Second Amendment to the Agreement.
