To support relief and recovery efforts for the people of Myanmar affected by devastating earthquake in various regions of Myanmar, Hill Marma Bhikkhu Sangha Bangladesh and well-wishers donated Taka 1,370,000(about USD 10,539) to H.E. U Kyaw Soe Moe, Myanmar Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, at the Myanmar Embassy in Dhaka on 4 May 2025. The Ambassador received the donation and presented the letter of appreciation to Hill Marma Bhikkhu Sangha Bangladesh as well as expressed his heartfelt gratitude for effective charity support. The donated funds will be transferred through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar to the earthquake-affected people. Any additional donations will also be announced again.
