H.E. U Kyaw Soe Moe, Myanmar Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, received the monetary donations of Taka 1,500,000(about USD 11,538) from The Hill Tracts Bhikkhu Council, Bandarban District, Bangladesh at
the Myanmar Embassy in Dhaka on 22 May 2025. The Ambassador presented Appreciation Certificate to the donors and expressed his heartfelt gratitude for their generous support. The donation will contribute to the rehabilitation and recovery efforts for the victims affected by the powerful earthquake in various regions of Myanmar on 28 March 2025. The donated funds will be transferred through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar to the earthquake-affected people. Any additional donations will also be announced again.
