To support rehabilitation and recovery efforts for the people of Myanmar affected by powerful earthquake in various regions of Myanmar, two Venerable monks and well-wishers from Chattogram, Bangladesh donated Taka 100,000(about USD 800) to H.E U Kyaw Soe Moe, Myanmar Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, at the Myanmar Embassy in Dhaka on 15 May 2025. The Ambassador received the collective donations and presented the letter of appreciation to them as well as expressed their heartfelt gratitude for generous support. The donated funds will be transferred through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar to the earthquake-affected people. Any additional donations will also be announced again.
