H.E. Mr. Zaw Oo, Myanmar Ambassador to the Republic of India, attended the celebration of the 47th Anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Islamic Republic of Iran, held at 1900 hrs on 9 February 2026 at the Shangri La Eros Hotel, New Delhi, at the invitation of H.E. Dr. Mohammad Fathali, Ambassador of Iran to India.
The reception was attended by H.E. Mr. Sibi George, Secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs as the Chief Guest. Senior Officials of the Ministry of External Affairs of India, Ambassadors, Chiefs of Missions, Diplomats, Military Attaches from various foreign embassies based in New Delhi and other invited guests were also present.
