H.E. Mr. Maung Maung Soe, Ambassador of Myanmar to Belarus, attended the “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk” held in Vitebsk Region, Belarus, at 18:30 hours on 16 July 2026, at the invitation of Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee of the Republic of Belarus. At the opening ceremony of the festival which was held under the theme “Through Art to Peace and Mutual Understanding”, H.E. Mr. Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus delivered the opening address. The event was attended by artists from various regions of Belarus, foreign artists, citizens from various regions of Belarus, as well as Ambassadors, diplomats, and distinguished guests from various embassies based in Minsk.
