Ms. Khaing Su Linn, Consul-General of the Consulate-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Nanning, attended 2025 ASEAN-Oriented Cultural Exchange and Cooperation Forum held in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 17 to 20 August 2025. In the morning of 18 August 2025, the Consul-General attended the Forum's opening ceremony, during which Ms. Sui Guohua, Vice-Governor of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; Ms. Shi Zeyi, Deputy Director-General of the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of Ministry of Culture and Tourism; Mr. Hab Touch, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia delivered their opening remarks with Mr. Rakchanok Kojaranont, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Culture of Thailand giving a video address. A total of 150 guests including Consuls-General of ASEAN Consulates-General, officials from the respective departments of Guangxi, experts and organizations from ASEAN countries were also present at the forum. Afterwards, there was a signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between Asia-Pacific Regional Alliance of International Council of Museums and Liuzhou Industrial Museum, followed by keynote speeches sessions of officials and experts of relevant organizations from ASEAN countries.
