U Zeyar Myo Myint, Consul-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Kunming, attended the 2026 Yunnan Province Youth Communication Program between China and Foreign Countries, held on 29 September 2026 at Kunming University of Science and Technology in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The program featured friendly interactions and discussions among Chinese and international students studying at universities across Yunnan Province, exchanges of views among students and young people, officials from Yunnan Province’s education and youth affairs departments, and Consuls-General in Kunming, as well as international cultural performances.
Officials from the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, the Yunnan Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Yunnan Provincial Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, and the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League of China attended the program, together with Consuls-General and diplomats from Consulates-General in Kunming. Myanmar students studying at universities in Yunnan Province also participated in the program.
