The Consul General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in Chongqing, U Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, paid a visit to the China-Singapore Maylook Eye Hospital in Chongqing on the morning of 21 January 2026. Through the joint arrangement between the Myanmar Consulate General in Chongqing and Maylook Eye Hospital, free eye examinations and optical services were provided to Myanmar students currently pursuing their studies at universities in Chongqing.
Following the visit, the Consul General met with responsible officials of the China-Singapore Maylook Eye Hospital to discuss matters related to healthcare cooperation, as well as the exchange of professionals between Myanmar and Maylook Eye Hospital.
