Consul General Daw Khaing Su Linn attended the “Gathering in Nanning, Hearts United with ASEAN – 2026 Lantern Festival Fellowship Program for ASEAN Consular Officials in Nanning,” jointly hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Guangxi Arts University. She participated alongside other ASEAN Consuls General and the Director of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Liaison Office.
The event commenced with a briefing on the traditional musical instruments of ASEAN countries, Chinese arts, and traditional Chinese instruments exhibited at Guangxi Arts University. This was followed by exceptional musical and dance performances delivered by the university's talented students. Additionally, as a special program, the distinguished guests, along with the Consuls General and staff from the ASEAN Consulates General, joined in to sing and perform Chinese songs.
The program was honored by the presence of special guest H.E. Ms. Lu Xinning, Vice Governor of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
