The Ambassadors and Charge d’ affairs of the ASEAN Committee in Kuwait (ACK) including Myanmar Ambassador to Kuwait U Chan Aye on February 23, 2026 meet Ambassador Mr. Sameeh Essa Johar Hayat, Assistant Foreign Minister of Kuwait. At the meeting, the Kuwaiti Assistant Foreign Minister reaffirmed the Kuwaiti government’s commitment to enhance its relations with ASEAN and exchanged views on ways to further strengthen engagements with ACK in Kuwait. The ACK explained its activities and engagements with relevant officials and organizations of Kuwait and recognize the importance enhancing its relations with Kuwaiti side. During the discussions, Ambassador of Myanmar briefed the latest development taking place in Myanmar and looked forward to strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
