H.E. Mr. Zaw Oo, Ambassador of Myanmar to India, attended the Opening Ceremony of Bhutan Art Show “Strokes of Happiness” invited by H.E. Major General Vetsop Namgyel, Ambassador of Bhutan to India, at Bikaner House in New Delhi on 3 July 2025. The gallery displayed an exhibition of artistically accomplished paintings depicting Bhutanese traditional Art, Atsara Mask painting and Personal Mandala painting. The event was attended by Heads of Missions, Diplomats in New Delhi and Distinguished Guests.
