H.E. U Kyaw Kyaw Min, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) attended the opening ceremony of the 18th legislative chapter of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates, held at 12:00 hrs on Monday, 24th November 2025, along with the Ambassadors from Embassies based in Abu Dhabi.
The opening ceremony of the session was inaugurated by the Vice President, Prime Minister and the Ruler of Dubai, H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on behalf of the President of the United Arab Emirates. The opening ceremony was held in eight sessions, including an opening speech by Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council, and was attended by Crown Princes, Deputy Rulers, Ambassadors and heads of military and senior officials.
