YANGON, 13 May - The US Embassy in Yangon sent a diplomatic note dated 11 May to the Consular and Legal Affairs Department under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, requesting a consular meeting under the rights on consular relations stated in Vienna Convention with US citizen Mr. John William Yettaw who is being questioned by officials concerned for his secretly entering and staying in the residence of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi on 6 May. Only in the evening of 12 May did the Ministry of Foreign Affairs receive the note. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, after coordinating with responsible officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs, replied to the US Embassy that it would make arrangements for a consular meeting at 4 pm on 13 May. Under the reply of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
