Fifth Regular Consultations between foreign ministries of Myanmar and Russian Federation held

22nd June, 2011. At the invitation of U Maung Myint, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Alexey N. Borodavkin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation arrived Yangon today to attend the Fifth Regular Consultations held between two foreign ministers. Deputy Minister U Maung Myint and Deputy Minister Mr. Alexey N. Borodavkin attended the 5th Regular Consultations between the foreign ministries of Myanmar and the Russian Federation, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs here this morning. At the meeting, the two delegations held cordial discussions on the promotion of friendship, bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries, enhancement of cooperation in regional and international organizations and also exchanged views on current international
In the evening, the Deputy Minister hosted as dinner in honour of the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and delegation at Aureum Palace Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw.
